Bill overview
This bill, titled the Arrest Murderers not Ministers Act, redirects federal law enforcement funds away from prosecuting individuals for violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act. Specifically, it prohibits the federal government from using funds to prosecute those involved in protests at reproductive health clinics or places of religious worship unless the actions involve intentional physical harm to a person or intentional damage to property. Any funds previously allocated for these prosecutions will instead be used to prosecute violent criminals, felons with firearms, drug traffickers, and illegal aliens.
