Currently, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) cannot approve a state agency as the reviewing body for these programs if that agency is located within or operated alongside a university. This bill extends the deadline for this restriction, pushing it back to September 30, 2022, allowing states more time to adjust their administrative arrangements.
