Bill overview
This bill requires the Department of Commerce to produce reports for Congress assessing the level of economic integration between the United States and China. These reports, to be submitted every three years for 15 years, will analyze key sectors of the economy and recommend changes to U.S. trade policy to achieve desired levels of integration. The reports will be based on consultations with other agencies and public input.
