Bill overview
This bill extends existing tax credits for biodiesel and renewable diesel fuels, as well as credits for biodiesel mixtures used in vehicles. Specifically, it changes the rules to prevent taxpayers from receiving both the fuel credit and the mixture credit for the same fuel. The extensions are set to apply to fuels sold or used starting January 1, 2025.
