Bill overview
This bill reauthorizes several programs designed to support individuals affected by traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). Specifically, it extends funding for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s efforts to prevent TBIs and raise awareness, as well as grants provided by the Administration for Community Living to improve access to rehabilitation services and support protection and advocacy services for those with TBIs. The reauthorization covers the period from 2025 through 2029. It updates the authorized periods for existing grant programs.
