This bill requires the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information to report to Congress on any obstacles to establishing online portals for processing communications use authorizations. Specifically, the report will assess whether the Departments of the Interior and Agriculture have created such portals and identify any barriers to their establishment. The Assistant Secretary must submit initial reports within 90 days and then every 60 days until the portals are operational, with the relevant departments required to notify the Assistant Secretary upon portal establishment.
