Bill overview
This bill directs the Librarian of Congress to shift the production and distribution of the Annotated Constitution and its supplemental pocket parts from hardbound versions to digital formats. It removes the requirement for the Congressional Research Service to produce hardbound copies and mandates that digital versions be made available on the Library of Congress’s website.
