Bill overview
This bill establishes a Blue Campaign Certification Program within the Department of Homeland Security to recognize and encourage employers in industries with a high risk of human trafficking to provide training to their employees on how to recognize and respond to suspected cases. Employers who complete this training can receive a certificate of completion, which they can display to demonstrate their commitment to combating human trafficking. The program will track participation, collect fees, and report on its effectiveness to Congress.
