This bill requires the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to investigate and report on how often FEMA case management employees leave their jobs. The report will analyze turnover rates, employee length of employment, and the steps FEMA is taking to reduce employee turnover. It will also examine how many employees are temporarily assigned to disaster recovery, and how frequently they rotate between assignments, broken down by employment type.
