This bill allows the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to transfer ownership of a specific lot and storage building in North Bonneville, Washington, to the Port of Skamania County. The property, located at Section 19, Township 2N, Range 7 E.W.M., Lot I–2, will be transferred via quitclaim deed. The Port of Skamania will be responsible for all costs associated with the transfer and will be held harmless from future liabilities on the property.
