Bill overview
This bill requires the Supreme Court to create and publish a code of conduct for the Chief Justice and all Justices. The code will be developed after public notice and comment, and it must be readily available on the Supreme Court’s website. Furthermore, the Court must designate a person to handle complaints about misconduct by the Justices, and this individual will report on any investigations and remedial actions taken.
