Original Slavery Remembrance Day Memorialization Resolution This concurrent resolution expresses the sense of Congress that (1) Congress should hold an annual commemorative event at a location in the U.S. Capitol Complex to revere, honor, and remember the victims of slavery; and (2) similar commemorative events should be held throughout the nation.
