Bill overview
This resolution requires all full-time employees of the House of Representatives to undergo active shooter training during each Congress. The Committee on House Administration will create regulations to implement this requirement, and it will also offer training to other staff and visitors within the House, though they are not required to participate. Training will primarily be offered remotely, utilizing existing House resources, and will be integrated with other required training programs. The first deadline for full-time employees to complete the training is set for the beginning of the second session of the 119th Congress.
