This resolution authorizes the House Committee on Energy and Commerce to spend up to $27,696,649 for the 118th Congress. It divides this funding into two periods: $13,752,741 for the first year (January 3, 2023 – January 3, 2024) and $13,949,908 for the second year (January 3, 2024 – January 3, 2025). The Committee will manage these funds through vouchers and in accordance with House Administration regulations.
