This resolution celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), an independent U.S. agency dedicated to reducing global poverty through economic growth. The MCC works with developing countries that demonstrate commitment to good governance, economic freedom, and investing in their citizens. Over two decades, MCC has invested billions of dollars in 50 countries, benefiting over 250 million people and promoting sustainable development and U.S. national interests.
