This House Resolution recognizes the Republic of Artsakh’s independence and strongly condemns Azerbaijan’s ongoing aggression and blockade against Armenia and Artsakh. It urges the United States to support international recognition of Artsakh’s independence, cease all foreign and military assistance to Azerbaijan, and stand in solidarity with Armenia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. The resolution also calls for an end to Azerbaijan’s human rights abuses and violations of international law.
