Overview
This bill redirects unspent state funds designated for nonpublic school nursing and security services to support nonpublic school transportation. If a school district receives more state aid than they spend on these services, they must refund the excess back to the state. These refunded funds will then be used to increase the maximum amount of transportation costs per pupil for nonpublic schools in the following year.
