Overview
This bill requires the owner of a short-term rental accommodation, or their agent, to be present during the rental period unless the stay is over 30 days or a written agreement allows otherwise. It also limits short-term rental agreements to one at a time. Violations of these requirements could result in a $1,000 civil penalty.
