Overview
This bill amends New Jersey law to address the enrollment of twins or higher-order multiples in public preschool programs. It allows parents or guardians of these children to request shared or separate classroom placements within the same public school. The bill also requires public schools using lotteries or open enrollment to treat twins and multiples as a single unit for placement purposes. It extends these provisions to preschool programs operated by licensed child care providers.
