Overview
This bill changes how New Jersey uses state funds for nursing and security services at nonpublic schools. Currently, any unspent money from these programs must be returned to the state. This bill allows districts to use unspent funds from one program to help support the other, effectively supplementing existing services. The Commissioner of Education will oversee reporting on how these funds are utilized.
