This bill amends Pennsylvania’s Liquor Code to allow certain types of liquor licenses – including hotel and restaurant licenses, municipal golf course restaurant licenses, and privately-owned public golf course restaurant licenses – to sell liquor and malt or brewed beverages on Sundays between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Airport restaurant liquor licensees are also permitted to sell during this time. To do so, these licensees must obtain a special permit from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for an annual fee.
