An Act amending the act of December 19, 1988 (P.L.1262, No.156), known as the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act, in games of chance, further providing for prize limits, providing for raffle prize limits and further providing for licensing of eligible organizations and for special permits; and, in club licensees, further providing for distribution of proceeds.

This bill amends the Pennsylvania Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to adjust prize limits for both games of chance and raffles. It increases the maximum prize for individual chance games to $3,000 and raises the maximum raffle prize to $5,000. The bill also clarifies licensing requirements for eligible organizations, including special permit procedures for exceeding prize limits and outlines distribution of proceeds for club licensees. It introduces a new section specifically addressing raffle prize limits and procedures.
