Overview
This bill redirects funds from a previously allocated budget for recreation center improvements in Paterson, New Jersey, to the New Jersey Community Development Corporation. Specifically, it reassigns unspent money from Fiscal Year 2025 intended for Paterson’s Recreation Center Capital Improvements (PTRF) to support a new youth center project also located in Paterson. The total amount being reallocated is $7.13 million, including both the $2 million previously allocated to Paterson and $5.13 million already appropriated to the NJCDC for the youth center.
