Overview
This bill updates the rules for people who help other voters complete mail-in ballots in New Jersey. It limits the number of voters a person can assist to a maximum of three, unless those voters are immediate family members living together, in which case the limit increases to five. The bill also requires anyone assisting a voter to be a registered voter in the same county and prohibits candidates from providing this assistance.
