IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
A BILL
To amend the United States Housing Act of 1937 to require the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to reallocate unobligated funding for tenant-based assistance to public housing agencies which are in need of more funding for tenant-based assistance.
This Act may be cited as the The Housing Voucher Funding Reallocation Act
.
Section 8(o) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 is amended by adding at the end the following:
recapture from each public housing agency any amounts provided to such public housing agency for tenant-based assistance under paragraph (1)(A), not including any administrative fees or other amounts made available under subsection (q), that such public housing agency did not obligate during such fiscal year; and
