IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, to decrease the sum of damage or attempted damage to property of the United States, and for other purposes.
This Act may be cited as the Hold Vandals Accountable Act of 2026
.
Section 1361 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking $1,000
and inserting $500
each place such term appears.
