SECTION 1. Subsection (f) of section 1 of chapter 46 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words “within 3 years after the effective date of this act” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- on or before January 1, 2030. SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
