An act to build additional capacity IN state psychiatric hospitals, to establish rehabilitative disposition and community safety programs, to increase the limit on safekeeper beds and appropriate funds to use for costs related to the additional safekeeper beds, and to appropriate funds for guidance for judges on identifying behavioral health risks among court-involved individuals.
