An act to ban the manufacture, use, and distribution of PFAS and pfas-containing products within the state, to implement measures to prevent and address contamination from the discharge of PFAS and 1,4-dioxane IN the state, and to direct various agencies to study matters associated with PFAS contamination IN order to protect the public health.
