An act to prohibit a person convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence offense from purchasing OR possessing a firearm; To require a universal background check for the sale of a firearm; To reenact the pistol purchase permit law; To require certification of the safe storage by parents OR guardians of students IN public schools; And to provide funding for the department of public safety.
